Hello, my name is Walter. I am a husband, father, Star Wars enthusiast, music lover, and licensed therapist who brings both professionalism and heart into my work.

My life was forever changed at the age of 17 when I encountered Jesus, an experience that shaped my calling to serve others. Since then, I have worked with youth in both ministry and mental health settings, and I have developed a deep passion for supporting teens and families through life’s challenges.

Before joining New Visions, I worked across a wide range of care settings, including residential treatment, inpatient care, and PHP/IOP programs. My experience includes family therapy, individual and group counseling, trauma-informed care, substance use and addiction treatment, and support for personality and mood disorders.

I am someone who genuinely enjoys working in the midst of life’s messier moments.
