Joseph Sandoval is an experienced healthcare operations and leadership professional with over 10 years of management experience spanning both military service and civilian healthcare settings. Based in Fountain, Colorado, Joseph is known for his integrity, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure environments.

Joseph began his career serving in the United States Navy, where he dedicated 15 years (2007–2022) to security-focused and leadership roles, achieving the rank of MA1 (Master-at-Arms First Class). His military background shaped his strong foundation in leadership, incident reporting, investigative procedures, and collaboration with law enforcement, while reinforcing his commitment to accountability and operational excellence.

Following his military service, Joseph transitioned into healthcare administration and veteran advocacy. He served as Area Marketing and Liaison at Mount Carmel, where he marketed services throughout Colorado, advocated for veterans, educated communities on available resources, and ensured quality assurance standards were upheld.

He later joined Capitol Pain Institute as a Scheduling Coordinator, where he trained staff on eClinicalWorks (eCW), oversaw intake and scheduling procedures, ensured compliance with safety protocols, and collaborated closely with clinic management to maintain high operational standards.

Most recently, Joseph worked as Front Office and Patient Experience Coordinator at APEX Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. In this leadership role, he managed front office staff scheduling, conducted quality assurance reviews, investigated patient complaints, trained teams on eCW documentation and workflows, and ensured strict adherence to clinic safety and compliance protocols, including oversight of ketamine clinic procedures.

Joseph is currently pursuing studies in Radiology at Pikes Peak State College (2025) and previously studied Business Management at Pueblo Community College. His combined military discipline, healthcare operations expertise, and ongoing medical education position him as a dedicated and service-oriented leader committed to excellence in patient care and organizational performance.
